Duties of the Diaconate
The main duty of the
Diaconate Team on Sunday is to serve the needs of the church—Pastor Barry,
Pastor Paul and those in attendance.
First Service 8:15

Arrive at 7:50 (park at Page Elem. School)

Greet at main doors (2)
-
Pass out bulletins (2)
-
Ushers inside sanctuary (2)
-
Open side doors for exiting (2)
-
Clean up Sanctuary row by row (2)
-
Call to Worship- close doors
Communion
-
Serve communion after praise set (8)
-
Remain in back of sanctuary until after
communion message and prayer
-
Serve communion to the nursery
Offering
-
Circulate offering trays (8)
-
Gather prayer request cards and give to Pastor
