When It Comes to Serving, Jesus is Our Example

1. Jesus taught about serving.

Mark 9:33–35         

2. Jesus lived the life of a servant.

Mark 10:45

John 13:1–15 “I have given you an example to follow.”

For Jesus, serving was not just a good idea, but it was main the idea.

If I Am Going to Serve

1. I must choose obedience over convenience.

2. I must look for opportunities to serve.
