Three Ways to Cure Your Worries

1st.  Rejoice.

“Rejoice in the Lord always.” Philippians 4:4-5

2nd.  Relax.

“Do not be anxious about anything…” Philippians 4:6

3rd.  Rest.

“And the peace of God…will guard your hearts…” Philippians 4:7

How to Defeat Worry

Feed your mind positive thoughts.

“…whatever is noble…right…pure…think about such things.” Philippians 4:8

Focus your attention on encouraging models.

“Whatever…you have seen in me…put it into practice.” Philippians 4:9a

Find the “God of peace” in every circumstance.

“And the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:9b
